Steven's Eagle project benefited Charter Organization Zion Lutheran Church. He helped design and implement the construction of a large triangular structure in the field behind the church that was to provide a sheltered outdoor activity area/shelter for congregants. Scouts cleared the construction area to ready it for the concrete base, then provided work crews and manpower for the wooden construction portion.
