Joe's Eagle project began with a meeting with the Village of Deerfield’s Park District to coordinate how to improve Trail Tree Park in Colony Point. He and 10 fellow scouts built two small footbridges, installed them along with cutting a new forest trail, then laid down wood chips to cover the newly created trail.
